Where this started
In 2025, Zoseco launched an anti-corruption effort in Valparaiso, Indiana. The idea was to build something that could take what the community knew, piece by piece, and recognize patterns that no individual could see alone. The AI tools at the time were a first attempt. They showed what was possible, but they were not ready for the sophistication of the problem. The tools are ready now.
What this requires
The kind of person this work calls for is someone who can think clearly about a civic problem and also communicate what they find to someone who was not in the room. That is a combination that does not show up on a resume. It is the kind of capability that officers develop in the military, where you have to analyze a situation, make a decision, and then write about it in a way that holds up. Technical competency and literacy working together. The AI tools are the force multiplier, but the person wielding them has to bring both sides. You do not have to already know the tools. You have to be the kind of person who can learn them and use them for something that matters.
What we are building
This is not a volunteer signup and it is not a one-time thing. It is closer to what ROTC does for young people who want to serve in the military. The structure and the community develop together. You learn alongside people who are already doing the work. The specific skills come with time. What you bring on day one is who you are and what you care about. The people who have come through Zoseco so far found their way here because something about it resonated with them. If this page is doing the same thing for you, that is probably how it is supposed to work.
